She was predeceased by: her parents, Reynold Cook and Rebecca Cook (Burns); her husband Joel; and her sister Janice Kerwin. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Colella (Richard), Katie Hoitenga and Amy Henderson (Arend); her grandchildren, Joseph, William, Declan, Olivia, Oliver and Harper; and her siblings, Ed Cook (Nancy), Carol Schaab, Mary Darrow (Bob), Anne Stevens (Jeff) and David Cook.
