She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Hackman and Emma Hackman (Terry); and her daughter Tracy Stephen Guthrie. She is survived by: her children, Toni Strack (Bob) and Grant Stephen (Monica); her grandchildren, Jordan Strack (Alex Meiring), Logan Strack (Katlyn Gall), Riley Strack (Jackie), Brittani Stephen, Madison Stephen, Lauren Konz (Jordan) and Evan Guthrie; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Nora and Ivy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that everyone hugs their family and loved ones a little more this day, in Patricia's honor.
