With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patrick Okuley (Toledo, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 22, 2025 at the age of 63. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patrick Okuley to pay them a last tribute.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Patrick is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his father Don Okuley. He is survived by: his mother Mary Louise Okuley; his wife Nancy; his sons, Ian and Isaac; and his siblings, Bob (Peggy), Steven (Richard), Karen Knopp and Connie Mouser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wildwood Preserve Metropark (4830 Central Ave, Toledo, OH 43615). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
