She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin McCormick and Helen McCormick (Scott); her husband Theodore M. Clevenz; and her sister Judith A. Paxton. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Westbrook (Bob), Catherine Guy (Rodney) and Connie Nobile (Jim); and her grandchildren, Nathan, Joshua Clevenz, Anne-Marie and Samuel Nobile.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (Southwest Chapel) (4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
