He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Rios and Elenor Rios (Hernandez); and his son Christopher Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Robert Timothy Rios, Paula Murray (James), Paul Rios and Koren Barnes (Robert III); and his siblings, Jose Rios Jr. (Socorro), Antonio H. Rios (Roxanne), Angelita Zapata, Manuel Rios and Janie Valencia. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family members.
