He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rega and Mary Rega. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his daughters, Kirsten (Shaun Vallejo) and Marissa (John Accumanno); his granddaughter Veronica; his sister-in-law Mary Ann D'Antonio; AJ. He is also survived by many cousins and other family members.

Most recently, he was actively involved on the local level in services related to the COVID pandemic, providing ongoing input for the community response and management.
