We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2022, at the age of 92, Phyllis A. Wade (Toledo, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Ferguson and Grace Ferguson (Doane); her husband Marvin; and her son-in-law Paul Heintschel. She is survived by: her children, Marcia Heintschel and Kevin D. Wade (Sara); her granddaughters, Katie Ezell (Brian), Julie Gorman and Alison Harle; her great grandchildren, Trevor, Myles, Griffin, William and James; her cousin Donald Balthaser; and her caregivers, Judy, Shan, Sheilah and Vickie.
