It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Barnes of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry E. Rice and Velma A. Rice (Frey); her husband Tom Barnes; her close friend Gene Heath; and her grandson Jeremy Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Allan Barnes (Michele) and Gail Barnes; her grandchildren, Amanda (Russell), Rebecca, Stacy and Cameron; her great grandchildren, Jason, Kayla, Chelsea, Austin, David, Justin, Ariana, Phillip, Gerald, Charels, Elias and Ryley; and her friend Louise Marshall.
