Phyllis Jean Pacholek Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Pacholek of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Jean Pacholek to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Dominiak and Clara Dominiak (Zoldowski); her husband Michael Pacholek; her son Timothy Pacholek; and her sisters, Helen Wilczynski and Alice Devlin.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen Bieniek (Jacob), Michael Pacholek and Gary Pacholek; her grandchildren, Lisa Escareno (Aaron), Stacy Pacholek, Anthony Pacholek (Rachael), Steven Pacholek (Kim), Ashley Bieniek-Tobasco (Ian), Melissa Miller (Chad) and Stephanie Stuart; and her daughters-in-law, Theresa and Vicki. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sujkowski Funeral Home (114 E Alexis Rd, Toledo, OH 43612). A rosary will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saints Adalbert and Hedwig Catholic Church (3233 Lagrange St, Toledo, OH 43608).
Memorial donations may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Sts. Adalbert/Hedwig Catholic Church.
