He was predeceased by: his parents, Adlean Howard and Winfred Howard; and his brothers, Greg Howard, Nate Howard and Galon Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Ball-Howard; his children, Quantisha Ball and Derrick Ball; his grandchildren, Kvonn Cook, Princess Ball, Khamani Cook, Caleb Ball and Chden Ball; and his siblings, Rene Mays, Mark Howard, Ernest Howard and Markeshia Ham. He is also survived by nieces nephews, cousins and friends.
