He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Zdunczyk. He is survived by: his mother Karen Zdunczyk (Waldeck); his children, Justin Zdunczyk (Luz Isela), Bryant Zdunczyk and Katherine Zdunczyk (Elliot); and his siblings, Robert Zdunczyk (Chelsea), Ronald Zdunczyk (Jill), Joseph Zdunczyk (Janice), David Zdunczyk, Renee Bostwick (Darrin) and Ann Marie Zdunczyk. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
