He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rasey and Violet Rasey; his daughter Denise (Neek); his parents-in-law, John and Irma Moran; his son-in-law Marty Schuette; his sister Pauline; and his brothers-in-law, Norm Miller and Jack Moran.
He is survived by: his wife EmmaMae Moran; his daughters, Dianna Berning (John) and Deanna Thompson (Scott); his brother-in-law Thomas Moran (Alisa); his grandchildren, Nicole Etherton (Sam), Troy Schuette, Heather Pahl (Curtis), Ashley Miller (Mark), Natalie Thompson and Tracey Karns (Nikk); his great grandchildren, Collin, Jake, Erin, Kelsey, Lexi, Riley, Logan, Sadi, Aubrey and Carolynn; his caregivers, Stacey and Nicole; and his close friends, Dick Burkett and Dottie Veitch.
Memorial contributions can be made in Ray's memory to Ohio Living Hospice, Hospice of Northwest Ohio, or to any Hospice care of the donor's choice.
