He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Billy" Farmer and Mable Farmer (Russel); his sisters, Betty Louise Noah and Misty Dawn Lewis; and his uncle Louie Russel.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Farmer, Angie Twigg and Amy Farmer; his grandsons, Austin Twigg, Wyatt Farmer and Zachary Farmer; his siblings, Mary Farmer, Nancy Love (Rick), Danny Farmer (Kellie) and Tammy Meyers (Loye); his aunt Betty Gulley (Don); and his friend Eddie Joe Lay.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4150 W Laskey Rd, Toledo, OH 43623). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In honor of Ray's memory and his courageous battle, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
