With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard A. Walters (Toledo, Ohio), born in Vanlue, Ohio, who passed away on February 20, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Walters and Helen Walters (Finch); his wife Sally Sandwisch; and his brother Gary Walters. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Walters (Gina) of Toledo, Ohio and Cheryl Ann Penhorwood (Jason) of Russells Point; and his grandchildren, Erin Walters, Airman, Class Tyler Walters and Emily Walters. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and many close family friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Universal Home Health and Hospice of Bellefontaine, Ohio.
