He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hoffman and Veronica Hoffman (Swartz); his sister Patricia Rossman (Hoffman); and his parents-in-law, John and Josephine McGuire (Wolfe).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Hoffman (McGuire); his children, Lucas Hoffman, Jill Hoffman and Mary Beth Hoffman; his grandchildren, Zillion and Myia'Lynn; and his siblings, Lois Hoffman and Terry Hoffman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
