With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rita Mary Baranski (Toledo, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 1, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hampton and Portia Hampton (VanNatta); and her siblings, Helen Campbell, Richard Hampton, Judy Kerchevall and Donald Hampton.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim Baranski (Brenda), Gregg Baranski (Melanie) and Jaime Baranski (Gabriel); her grandchildren, Bryon Baranski (Sonya), Jade Baranski (Amanda), Taylor Scherling (Jon), Tanner Baranski, Shelby Baranski, Logan Baranski and Carlie Baraanski; her great grandchildren, Bradon, Cooper, Macie, Jackson, Addiemae, Elliot and Atlas; and her sisters, Donna Johansen, Dorothy Johansen, Ruthie Muszynski, Joyce Macek and Shirley Roth. She is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home & Crematory - Oregon (3500 Navarre Ave, Oregon, OH 43616). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (3500 Navarre Ave, Oregon, OH 43616).
