In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Rita had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Rita may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bartholomew Attard and Josephine Attard. She is survived by: her husband Harry Johnston; her son Daniel Kine; and her sister Carmen Olinger. She is also survived by her family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Boulevard Christian Church or the Maltese American Benevolent Society of Detroit in her memory.
