He was predeceased by: his son Robert Turner, Jr.; and his father Lewis Turner. He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Turner (Jeremy Clouse); his mother Evelyn Turner; his siblings, William Turner, Bonnie Piasecki (Mike), Jerry Turner (Tracy), Beth Tipping (Jerry) and Al Watson (Joann); and his grandchildren, Amaya, Dickie and Kashton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home - West Sylvania Chapel (3655 King Rd, Toledo, OH 43617). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
