He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Fulton and Martha Fulton (Hurst); his wife Marilynn K. Fulton; and his siblings, James Fulton and Marian Hatfield.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanette Fulton-Arnsby (John) and Jennifer Fulton; his grandchildren, Samuel Arnsby (Margaret), Benjamin Arnsby, Leah Lombardi (Conner), Christina Styblo and Kimberly Styblo; and his friend Caroline Wolfe.
