He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Hankenhof and Clare Hankenhof (Manion). He is survived by: his wife Anne (Potrzebowski); his children, Megan Hankenhof, Michael John and Robert Eugene Hankenhof; his grandchildren, Olivia Hankenhof-Joplin, Atlas Hankenhof and Theodore Denning; and his brothers, Gene (Mary), Tom (Terry), Jim (Barb), Jeff (Mary) and Steve Hankenhof (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sujkowski Funeral Home (114 E Alexis Rd, Toledo, OH 43612). A rosary will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Regina Coeli Catholic Church (530 Regina Parkway, Toledo, OH 43612).
