He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edward and Patricia Meeker, Sr. (Durling); his brother Randy Meeker; and his cousin Jim Meeker, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Penny Meeker; his children, Anna Collins (Scott) and Sage Meeker; his granddaughter Ellie; his former wife Janice Moore; his siblings, Matthew Meeker (Ginny), Marcia Meeker and Mary Ensman (Tom); his stepchildren, Zoe Gardziola (Mariah), Keenan and Connor Tullis; his stepgrandchildren, Wren and August; his cousins, Tod Felhaber, Taryl Stander, Michelle Moree Meeker, David Durling and Lark Schroeder; and his nieces and nephews, Beth Meeker, Nick Meeker, Jen Bradley (Steve), Erik Meeker (Mary Katherine), Julia Meeker, Andrew Gill and Justin Gill.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ansberg-West Funeral Home (3000 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43613). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Episcopal Church (316 Adams St, Toledo, OH 43604).
