He is survived by: his children, Darla Mrkva (Joseph) and Robert Wilkes, Jr. (Barb); his former wife Martha Wilkes; his adoptive son Charles Williamson (Carrie); his sisters, Gloria Strasbourg (Joe) and Gladys Upchurch; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Wilkes and Marlene Wilkes. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren. nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made at the funeral home to his family to help offset expenses.
