He was predeceased by: his parents, Arline Monroe and Frank Jacobs, Sr.; his stepfather James Monroe; and his wife Barbara Jacobs. He is survived by: his stepmother Betty Jacobs; his siblings, Frank Jacobs Jr., Keith Perry, Steve Perry, Billy Perry, Kevin Jones, Catherine Perry, Marsha Perry and Jeanette Jones; and his children, Sonya Jacobs, Carletta Tukes, Calisa Harrison, Joshua Jacobs and Ronda Jacobs. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
