He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lewandowski and Rose Lewandowski (Kazmarek); his wife Jayne Lewandowski (Czarnecki); and his sister Geraldine Haudan. He is survived by: his children, Ross Lewandowski (Sue), Lesley Quinlan (Eran) and Randi Lewandowski; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Rachel, Zachary Lewandowski, Lauren, Brock and Bryce Quinlan.
Memorial donations may be given to the Toledo Firefighters Museum.
