He is survived by: his wife Deborah Pfoutz (Domalski); his son Chadwick Pfoutz (Melissa); his grandsons, Benedict, John Paul and Francis; his sister Patricia Hall; his siblings-in-law, Abbey Yuse and Pedro Lopez; and his niece Nicole Yuse.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Little Flower Catholic Church (5522 Dorr St, Toledo, OH 43615). A Mass will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Vincent de Paul.
