He was predeceased by: his father Arvel Tollison. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Tollison (Kelly); his daughter Tami Matthews (Joseph); his former wife Marilyn Hall (Gary); his grandchildren, Nicole Matthews, A. J. Matthews (Angelina), Kaylyn Matthews and Zack Matthews; and his great grandchildren, Zofia, Helena and Anthony.
Memorial donations may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the Toledo Humane Society.
