He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L Carter Sr. and Lucille Carter (Lee); and his sister Dora Ann. He is survived by: his significant other Robin; and his children, Roy-G Carter (Carrie), Thomas Carter (Julie), Douglas Carter (Melissa Williams) and Mary Estrel (Terry). He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, 4 step Grandchildren and 2 step Great Grandchildren.
