He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Collins and Dr. Patricia Relue; his sister McKenzie; and his grandparents, Shirley Collins of Eugene, OR and Ruth Relue of Defiance, OH. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
