She is survived by: her sons, Dr. David Kaminsky (Elysa), Richard Kaminsky and Alan Kaminsky (Teri); her grandchildren, Jason, Erin and Alex; and her great grandchildren, Addison, Kelsey Kolton, Kade and Quinn.
