She is survived by: her children, Jodi Adamczewski and Brian Adamczewski; her grandson Kaleb Adamczewski; her siblings, Sharon Pawloski (Jerry), Karen Berning (Mark) and Gerald Patrzalek (Jane); and her sister-in-law Sandy Patrzalek. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sujkowski Funeral Home (114 E Alexis Rd, Toledo, OH 43612). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
