She was predeceased by: her parents, William Honaker and Mildred Honaker; her husband Isaac Wayne Cook; and her son Isaac. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia (Charles), Jeremy (Amanda), Kathleen and Stacy (Rodger); her grandchildren, Lauren (Justin), Megan (William), Cameron, Taylor, Dustin (Kiersten), Jordan, Zachery, Alex, Chelsey, Christopher, Nellie, Alys and Autumn; her great grandchildren, Kaydance, Isaac, Isaiah, Isabel, Jameson and Samson; her brother William (Kim); and her sibling's children, James (Heather) and Julie. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
