With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Jean Lewis of Toledo, Ohio, born in Lorain, Ohio, who passed away on May 24, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Cahill and Geraldine Cahill (Clark); her husband Fred D. Lewis; her daughter Jane Aguilar; her stepdaughter Vicki Graham (Laney); her grandchildren, Tana, Erica, Marisa, Alisa, Joshua, Katheryne, Edan and Anna; her son James Fred Lewis; her grandson Nicholas Ryan Budd; and her stepson Fred James Lewis. She was also cherished by 15 great-grandchildren.
