She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Coon; and her siblings, Richard J. Thomas and Patricia J. Steffer. She is survived by: her husband Orlando Mariano Reyes-Cairo; and her children, Tania Hansen (Rex) of Boise, ID, Dylan Reyes-Cairo (Mary Ann) of Delray Beach, FL, Rebecca Karpinski (Nicholas) of Sylvania, OH, Alicia Mitchell (Shawn) of Sylvania, OH, Daniel Reyes-Cairo (Ashley) of Perrysburg, OH and Thomas Reyes-Cairo (Lovetta) of Orem, UT. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1545 Eastgate Rd, Toledo, OH 43614). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
