She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Jenne and Lucille Jenne (Krum); her husband William J. Newell; her sister Caroline Tomanski; and her brother-in-law Donald Tomanski.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Newell (Connie) and Cynthia Schultz; her grandchildren, Christopher Newell, Curtis Newell (Kayla) and Charlie Newell (Sydney); and her great grandchild Riley Newell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
