He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Shepler and Mary Ann Shepler; his children, Leah and John; his girlfriend Nancy Schutt; his siblings, Kenna Perry (Frank), Linda Shepler, Marie-Pebbles Van Jones (Bob), John (Lauri), Donald (Rita) and Robert Shepler (Jenny); and his pet Eddie Sue. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Scott's name may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
