He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Priscilla, John Cantrell, Verna and John Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Zayne (Heather Aiello); his parents, Linda Collins and Jack Collins; his aunt Rachel McEowen (Jim); his uncle Nate Cantrell (Carol); his cousins, Alexandria Meyer (Brian) and Jessica Cantrell; and his close friend Lindsay Griffin. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
