She was predeceased by: her parents, Angus Lake and Leona Lake (Syer); her husband Richard Headworth; and her siblings, Vivian Bodell, Monte Lake, Ramona Lake, Earl Lake, Sandy Hayden and Sonia Stanton.

She is survived by: her sons, Brett Headworth (Tammy) of Orleans and Mark Headworth (Kristy) of Ohio; her grandchildren, Sarah Headworth, Joshua Headworth (Kristin) and Connor Headworth; and her great grandchildren, Emmett, Hunter, Mazee, Eleanor, Freya and Ståle.
