He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomas Lopez and Charlotte Lopez (Esquibel); his daughter Asia Erard; and his siblings, Raymond Esquibel, Mary Perry, Charles Lopez and Tomasa Wetmore.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Allie Jude and Rayce Hoot; his great grandchild Elliot Jude; and his siblings, Lola Martinez (John Joe), Tomas Lopez, Hovita Smith (Al), Henry Lopez (Sandra), Rita Lopez (Jim), Gloria Cook (Rory) and James Lopez (Angelica). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
