He was predeceased by: his father Terry Kinsey. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Kinsey (Sutton) of Toledo; his daughters, Nicole Scally (Jacob), Kayte and Ava Kinsey; his siblings, Stephanie Kinsey and Randy Kinsey (Lindsay); his siblings' children, Jessica Liberty, Nick Petrillo, Chelsea Petrillo and Noah Petrillo; and his aunts, Karen Watrous (Don) and Candy Gray (Matt).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for their charity of choice.
