He is survived by: his spouse Jocelyn Charter; his children, Aaron Charter (Jes Reynolds), John Charter (Connie), Rachel Diegel (Chris), Cindy Baber (Jared), Andrew Charter (Stasia) and Sarah Perez (Andy); his pet Smeagol; and his brothers, Ted Charter (Barb), Richard Charter, Russell Charter and Tim Charter. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
