He is survived by: his wife Patti Adamski (Newman); his son Josh Adamski (Marcia); his grandchildren, Bailey Phillips, Madison Phillips (Nate Wood), Jordan Appelhans and Josie Appelhans; his siblings, Matt Adamski (Kathy), Donald Adamski (Michelle), Shari VanBuskirk (Ronnie) and Karen McFarland (Rich); and his niece Debbie Soloman (Ralph Tolander).
