He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Jacobs and Josephine Jacobs (Davie); and his brother Christopher Jacobs. He is survived by: his siblings, Peter Jacobs and Karen Miller (Randy); and his siblings' children, Elizabeth Iagulli, Cassandra Jacobs, Christopher and Nicholas Jacobs.
