She is survived by: her husband Jerry Smith; her children, Toni, Todd, Tory, Jerry, Tammy (Melvin), Hannah (Terry) of Manny, JC, Shanaya, Joe and Finn; her grandchildren, Maleah, TJ, Carson, Marley, Bailey, Elliott, Rae, Blu, Tyler, Aaron, Christian, Noah, Leah, Addison, Missy, Marie, Megan, Morgan and Macy; her great grandchildren, Beau and Christian; her siblings, Cathy O'Connell (Denny), Diana Payne, Mary Witfoth (Dick), Linda Cousino (Bill), Thomas Cousino (Pat), Carol Young (Joe), Joe Cousino (Aggie), Joan Sprouse (Tom), Debbie Mahon (Dennis), Anne Herman (Red), Jim Cousino (Karen), Donald Cousino, Michael Cousino and Amy Graalman (Eric); and her sister-in-law Melissa Cousino. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
