With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan M. Fleitz of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on April 23, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hawk and Mary; her siblings, Carol Hawk and Kenneth Hawk; her nephews, Kenneth and Anthony; and her father-in-law Charles Fleitz.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Fleitz; her daughters, Chelsea Woodard and Taylor Fleitz; her grandchildren, Ryder, Arabella, Junior and Aria; and her mother-in-law Carol Fleitz. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and loving dear friends.
