He was predeceased by : his father George Popoff; and his brother Randy. He is survived by : his mother Dorothy Popoff (Domansky); his sister Christie Kieffer (Art); his sister-in-law Michelle; his nieces, Eveleen, Natalie Warner (Cody) and Carly Kieffer; his nephew Randy Jr.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Olivia, Kareem, Isaiah, Kamdyn, Jaxon, Damon, Khalil, Kaleena and August.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Castillo Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1757 Tremainsville Rd, Toledo, OH 43613). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
