In loving memory of Terry Lewis (Toledo, Ohio), born in Muncie, Indiana, who departed this world on May 21, 2025 at the age of 80. Terry leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lewis and Gloria Lewis; and his brothers-in-law, Herb Jones, Dick Crider and Richard Crandall.
He is survived by: his son Jason (Jenny); his grandchild Kaylie Marksch; his siblings, Sonny Lewis, Viola Crider, Sharon Jones, Karen Crandall, Susan Pike and Glenda Roman; and his former wife Paula Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations can be made in Terry's name to the Humane Society, ASPCA, or American Cancer Society.
