He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lewis and Gloria Lewis; and his brothers-in-law, Herb Jones, Dick Crider and Richard Crandall.
He is survived by: his son Jason (Jenny); his grandchild Kaylie Marksch; his siblings, Sonny Lewis, Viola Crider, Sharon Jones, Karen Crandall, Susan Pike and Glenda Roman; and his former wife Paula Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations can be made in Terry's name to the Humane Society, ASPCA, or American Cancer Society.
