He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Whaley and Homer Whaley; his wife Linda F. Whaley; and his son Kirk Whaley. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Bialorucki (Robert), Kimberly Whaley (Joseph) and Danyell Whaley; his brother Norman Dean Whaley; and his grandchildren, Cody (Ashley), Kisara, Paul, Hunter, Joel and Laura (Alex). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
