He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Mac Foreman, Sr. and Lovie Arabia Foreman. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his former wife Cheryl Griffin; his children, Theodore III, Tarik (Chahdael), Tiye' (Julian) and Truth; his grandchildren, Tahvi Micah, Arabia Tsahani Marie and Anelei Mae Lillie; the mother of his children Teresa; and his sisters, Jacqueline Pugh and Pamela Foreman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and a host.
