He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Brewer and Mary Brewer (Gray); and his siblings, Theresa Louise, Barbara Harrington, Rodney Brewer and Robert Main.
He is survived by: his daughter Shawna Merriweather (Dro); his siblings, Rosemary Carter Jessie (William), Tamara Daly, Kenneth Brewer (Tina) and Michael Brewer; his niece Mary Ann Smith; and his nephew Chris Brewer (Kim). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
