He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. Campbell and Esther J. Campbell (Barnes). He is survived by: his sister Diane Welch; his niece Wendi Sorensen; his nephews, Thomas Allman and Troy Allman; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kayla Domingos, Sophia Sorensen, Thayer Sorensen and Grayson Allman. He is also survived by four great-great nephews, and one great-great niece.
